RISHI LASER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 and any other matter with the permission of chair. Further the Company has already closed the trading window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 w.e.f. 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.This is for your kind information and records.
