We wish to inform you that the 37th AGM of the Company was held on Wednesday July 26 2023 at 2.30 pm at Mehta House Plot No. 64 Road No. 13 MIDC Andheri East Mumbai 400093.The Company has now received the report of the Scrutinizer confirming the details of voting through remote e-voting and details of voting by ballot at the AGM. Accordingly on account of passing of resolutions with requisite majority the resolutions as stated in the AGM Notice dated May 25 2023 are deemed to be passed on the date of the AGM i.e. July 26 2023. The Scrutinizers report dated July 26 2023 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Rules thereunder is enclosed herewith.Kindly take the same on record.
