To consider and approve the standalone unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30 2023 as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report to be issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.2. Any other Business with the approval of Board of Directors.
