Further in continuation to our earlier intimation dated June 29 2023 in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders had already been closed w.e.f. June 30 2023 and the same shall re-open on August 11 2023.
