Deora was the Chair Person of the Board meeting held on 26th May 2023 and the authorised director to sign and submit the Said Financial Results to the Bomaby Stock Exchange. Therefore the company is in compliace of Regualtion 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regualtion 2015.We are once again resubmitting the complete set of financials results in PDF form signed by Mr. Ramu S. Deora as Chair Person of the Meeting. Kindly take the same on records and oblige. Furhter it is declared that there is no change in financial statements or the Auditors Report for the reporting period.
