Approved on the recommendation of NRC increase in the Remuneration of Mr. Atul Kumar Sethi (DIN: 00245685) MD of the Co.4.Considered and approved based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Co the Board has re-appointed Ms. Shraddha Jain PCS as Secretarial Auditor of the Co.5.Considered and approved increase in Remuneration of Ms. Amita Sethi relative of the MD of the Company w.e.f. 1st August 2023;
