SAI CAPITAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Sai Capital Limited (the Company) will be held on Monday the 14th day of August 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter of Financial Year 2023-24 i.e. Quarter Ended June 30 2023.Further as intimated in our letter dated 21st June 2023 the Trading Window of the Company in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 was closed with effect from 1st July 2023 until the second trading day after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter of Financial Year 2023-24 i.e. Quarter Ended June 30 2023. Accordingly the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 18th August 2023.You are requested to take the above information on record.
