Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading. The Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2023 till 13th August 2023 i.e. the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
