SAVEN TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 10th August 2023 inter-alia;a) To consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.The Intimation of Closure of Trading Window in this regard was already communicated on 29th June 2023. The Trading Window is closed from 01st July 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 i.e. 12th August 2023 (inclusive of both the days).
