In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 has been sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s). The AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday 24th August 2023 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the aforesaid circulars. The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 is also being made available on the website of the Company at www.omaxauto.com.
