The Board of Directors at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:35 AM) inter-alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Lalit Malik as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. August 3 2023 in place of Mr. Rajesh Chawla who will continue to discharge his responsibilities as CFO(India) of the Company.
