To consider and recommend the appointment of M/s S K Agarwal and Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN:014841C) as Statutory Auditors of the company subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; iv. the day date time and notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company and matters connected therewith; and v.
