Sarveshwar Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 14th day of August 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2023 and other matters stated in the agenda notice.Pursuant to this the Company had decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading to commence from 1st July 2023 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on 14th August 2023.
