With reference to our letter to Stake Holders dated 31st October 2023 with regard to intimation of CRISIL rating withdrawal process we would like to intimate that as we are not required to be rated by Rating Agency as per RBI guidelines and we have submitted the required documents to CRISIL Limited CRISIL has withdrawn its rating of the Company vide its Rating Rationale dated 7th August 2023.
