In continuation to the intimation dated 21 July 2023 with respect to issuance of non-convertible debentures by its wholly owned Subsidiaries (Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences Limited & Shilpa Biologicals Private Limited) the identified promoters of the Company have executed the Non disposal undertaking agreement dt 7th August 2023 for not transferring selling or otherwise disposing equity shares of the Company.
