(Annexure-A) (2) The ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday the 28th September 2023 at 5.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). (3) The register of Members will be closed from 22nd September 2023 to 28th September 2023 (both days inclusive).
