In pursuance to the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 after duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their respective meeting(s) held today i.e. August 10th 2023 please find attached herewith the following(s):-(1) Signed copy of the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the 01st quarter ended June 30th 2023 of the F.Y. 2023-24.(2) Limited Review Report of the Auditor for the 01st quarter ended June 30th 2023 of the F.Y. 2023-24.In this connection please also note that the Board Meeting held today i.e. August 10th 2023 w.r.t. above stated subject matter was commenced at 12:00 P.M and concluded at 02.50 P.M. This is in compliance of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09th 2015.
