Un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30 2023 pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. Amended Dividend Distribution Policy of the Company pursuant to Regulation 43A of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
