Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we inform you that a notice dated August 19 2023 has been received by the Company on August 21 2023 from the Deputy State Tax Officer Roving Squad Salem (Intelligence) levying a penalty of Rs. 50000/- under Section 125 of Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 for mismatch of details of vehicle mentioned in the E-Way Bill generated for inter-state movement of goods.The aforesaid penalty has no material impact on the financials operations or any other activities of the Company.
