This is to inform you that 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ahmedabad Steelcraft Limited will be held on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at 12:00 Noon IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM. This is also to inform you that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 20th September 2023 to Tuesday 26th September 2023 (both days inclusive) in terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for the purpose of 51st Annual general Meeting of the Company as mentioned above. The Notice forms part of the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23. Further the Annual Report is set to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depositories through electronic mode.
