This is further in reference to the NBCCs previous intimations dated July 28 2023 and July 31 2023 regarding Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 against HSCC (India) limited (a wholly owned subsidiary Company of NBCC).Further it is hereby informed that Honble NCLAT vide its order dated August 21 2023 (received on August 23 2023) has closed the CIRP against HSCC (India) Limited and set aside the impugned order dated July 24 2023 of honble NCLT.
