We Capital India Finance Limited (Company) wish to intimate that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mrs. Rashmi Fauzdar as Additional Director in the category of Non- Executive Independent Women Director of the Company w.e.f. from August 24 2023 to hold the position upto the ensuing AGM of the Company and subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company as Independent Woman Director for a period of 5 consecutive years w.e.f.
