Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation of our letter submitted on 22nd August 2023 for alleged non-compliance of Regulation 17 (1A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that the Company has made appeal in the matter against both the stock exchanges (BSE & NSE) with the Honble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) Mumbai bench.The hearing in the said matter was fixed by the SAT today i.e. 22 November 2023. The SAT has kept the Order on reserve.We will update you further in this regard.
