Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you the that the Company has on November 23 2023 issued duplicate share certificates in lieu of the old certificates which are reported lost/misplaced and for which the request was received for issue of duplicate share certificates.
