Pursuant to regulations 30 & 51 of SEBI LODR 2015 we wish to inform that Working committee of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. November 24 2023 has allotted 3500 NCDs of face value of INR 100000/- each aggregating to INR 35 Cr.
