In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify you that the agreement between our Companys step-down subsidiary. BLS Kendras Private Limited and the Punjab State e-Governance Society (PSeGS) executed on July 27 2018 has reached the end of its contract period from November 27 2023.The revenue contribution derived from this contract amounted to less than 5% of our companys audited consolidated revenues for the financial year 2023.
