Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the company has issued Duplicate Share Certificates As per following details in lieu of Original Share Certificates reported to be lost/misplaced by the shareholders.The Aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificate have been issued on receipt of proper documentation from shareholders and pursuant to approved by SRC on 27/November/2023.
