In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 28th November 2023 regarding loss of Share Certificate and with reference to SEBI Circular dated 25th January 2022 we wish to bring to your notice that our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited issued Letter of Confirmation in lieu of physical Share Certificate to the Shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
