The Board of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held today: (a) accepted the Resignation of Mr. KK Rajeev Nambiar from the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (CEO & MD) of the Company w.e.f. December 152023.; and (b) appointed Mr. Ramanujan Krishnakumar as CEO & MD of the Company w.e.f. December 16 2023.
