India drives iPhone production: Apple exceeds iPhone production target under PLI scheme by 80%

Apple Inc has exceeded its iPhone production targets in India by a staggering 80 per cent under the PLI scheme. In the period between FY22 and FY26, Apple Inc has assembled iPhones worth ₹602,324 crore, driven by increase in exports and new manufacturing units.
