J&K Assembly polls: Voting underway in Udhampur for phase 3

Polling for the third phase is underway in Udhampur, Jammu & Kashmir. The final phase is covering 40 assembly segments in Jammu, Udhampur, Samba and Kathua in the Jammu region and Baramulla, Bandipora and Kupwara in north Kashmir.
