President rule revoked in J&K, Baba Siddique murder, India on Canada’s claim

The Delhi government today imposed a complete ban on firecrackers until January 1, following a post-Dussehra air quality drop, now in the ‘poor’ category. Today, the Centre revoked the President’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of appointing a new Chief Minister. Omar Abdullah, likely to be the new CM, is expected to take oath on October 16.
