The company's net profit was Rs 58.10 crore for the quarter from Rs 40.3 crore for the corresponding quarter last financial year. Revenue for the quarter at Rs 471.62 was up 78.5 per cent from Rs 264.2 crore for the same quarter last fiscal.
This growth consisted of 32.9 per cent of organic growth and 45.6 per cent of inorganic growth on a year on year basis and 14.1 per cent of organic growth and 19.9 per cent of inorganic growth, on a sequential basis.
During the quarter, the company completed the acquisition of US-based Regulus Group and also acquired 26 per cent of Locuz Enterprise solutions and 51 per cent in FinEng Solutions.
On a year-on-year basis revenues from BPO grew to 22 per cent from 12 per cent, and services was 38 per cent. In terms of geography US contribution increased by 40 per cent due to the acquisition of Regulus, South Asia that includes India was 33 per cent.
