| According to Villoo Morawala-Patell, founder, chairperson and managing director, Avesthagen, "The agreement is to market products developed by us in predictive, preventive, personalised healthcare and environment-friendly products." |

| "The first project to be undertaken will include the launch and commercialisation of BioPerceptä, an eco-friendly and biodegradable plastic in the GCC region," she added. |

| The agreement was signed by Villoo Morawala-Patell, founder, chairperson and managing director, Avesthagen and Dr Abdulqader Alkhayat, executive director of DuBiotech. |

| Avesthagen also plans to establish a conversion plant to process BioPerceptä within the next two years. |
