BEL produces cockpit sub-assembly

Bangalore-based Defence PSU, Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has produced a cockpit sub-assembly for Boeing’s EA-18G Growler electronic attack aircraft. Boeing on May 3, 2012, delivered to the US Navy the first EA-18G to feature the BEL sub-assembly. The sub-assembly provides cockpit floodlighting compatible with the aircraft’s Night Vision Imaging System.
