| Cummins is setting up three new facilities in Maharashtra, while one is coming up at the Prithampur SEZ in Madhya Pradesh. It has planned a unit each in Kothrud and Pirangut in Pune and one in Devas. |

| "The tax incentives being enjoyed by EOUs at present will be withdrawn from March 2009. Considering this, we are planning to move these units to SEZs," a company official said. |
