DLF — the country’s largest listed developer by market capitalisation — plans to launch additional independent floor projects in the current financial year in the Delhi-NCR to tap into the growing demand for such properties.
 
It also plans to expand its residential presence in Chennai and Kochi. Furthermore, it plans to launch these independent floors in Gurugram and New Gurugram.
