Chennai-based education and placement company EdServ today announced that it has acquired Hyderabad-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) provider SchoolMate.
With the acquisition, Edserv's Vidhyadhana Academy will have overall points of presence in over 100 schools. The acquisition is part of EdServ's plans to have presence in 250 schools. Edserv has not disclosed the cost of acquisition.
The company's stock was trading at Rs 261.70, nearly 0.10 per cent higher than Monday's close.
