Guys & Dolls ties up with US-based Disney Shoes

G&D Trade Zone, new co by G&D has worked out a special distribution strategy to make the partnership a success in India

Footwear maker Guys & Dolls (G&D) today said it has tied-up with US-based Disney Shoes to market and distribute Disney footwear in India.

"G&D has recently incorporated a new company by the name of G&D Trade Zone Pvt Ltd which has tied up with Disney Shoes of USA for marketing and distribution of Disney footwear for kids in India," G&D said in a statement.

In order to make the partnership a success in India, G&D Trade Zone has worked out a special distribution strategy.

"The company plans to target different channels like departmental stores, footwear speciality stores, MBO's and e-retailing, to achieve high sales," it said.

The Delhi-based firm has set a sales target of Rs 10 crore in the first year itself and is looking to target Rs 25 crore sales in next three years, it added.

Guys & Dolls (G&D) is in footwear production for the last two decades and specialises in footwear for children in age group of 2-14 years.
