Jusco eyes new utility business

| Jusco chairman Arun Narayan Singh, however, said that it was too early to comment on the matter. "Things are still in the planning stage - we have decided to expand our reach," he said. |
| Jusco teams had visited Ahmedabad, Guwahati and Chennai already and would be visiting other locations to study opportunities to grow its business. |
| "Jusco is working on its aim to reach new places to provide services and thus increase revenue," Singh said. He claimed Jusco had emerged as a leading player in the field of providing civic amenities. |
| Sources said Jusco was looking at revenues of Rs 1000 crore. It was also keen to undertake power supply in the Adityapur Industrial Area Development Authority (AIADA) area near Jamshedpur. |
