Kingfisher Airlines, which was supposed to annouce its third quarter results on February 14th, has said that its board meeting has been adjourned at the first instance to February 15 due to technical issues. The company has said that efforts are on to complete the quarterly review.
Explaining reasons for the delay, company added that certain sections of its accounting IT system experienced intermittent hardware problems which led to the suspension from the IATA Clearing House and consequently delayed Kingfisher's entry into oneworld alliance.
As a result of this intermittent problems, the third quarter results and the limited review by statutory auditors could not be completed and presented to the Board of Kingfisher Airlines.
Kingfisher Airlines added that they have since been restored back in to the IATA Clearing House.
