Kolkata HC to hear Chatterjee-Haldia case

The Supreme Court on Tuesday remitted the dispute between Chatterjee Petrochem (Mauritius) Co and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd to the Calcutta High Court. It asked the high court to dispose of the case expeditiously.
