Real estate and infrastructure developer Parsvanath Developers today said it has got environmental clearance from State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Haryana for the construction of a proposed township, Parsvnath Railway City at Panipat in Haryana.
The clearance will enable the company to start construction soon, Parsvnath said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The company plans to develop a 162 acre township in phases, to be completed in two years. It will consist of 927 residential plots, including 4 per cent of the area earmarked for commercial activity, said the release.
