Netherlands-based VDVL provides telecom IT consulting, technology architecture & design, business process analysis and programme management services. Post the deal, the existing management of VDVL will continue with the company.
The acquisition complements Prodapt's proven capabilities of delivering IT and operations services for the telecommunications industry and enhance its revenue mix, with approximately 50 per cent from North America, 45 per cent from Europe and five per cent coming from Africa, said the company.
