Liquor manufacturer Radico Khaitan today said it will seek shareholders approval for raising Rs 375 crore by share sale from domestic and international markets.
The shareholders of the company would meet on October 23, in order to approve the proposal to raise Rs 375 crore by allotting shares or by issuing Global Depository Receipts and Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, Radico Khaitan said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of Radico Khaitan were trading at Rs 112.70 on the BSE, down 2.80 per cent from previous close.
