| The hotel, being set up by Doon Valley Technopolis Pvt Ltd, a newly floated joint venture of two real estate companies "" Assotech Ltd and Supertech Ltd, will be constructed in 24 months. Doon Valley Technopolis will design, equip and furnish the hotel with large conference, banqueting facilities and 120 rooms. |

| The hotel will be named as "Radisson Hotel Metropolis Rudrapur" under the License Agreement and Management Right with Radisson Brand of Carlson Hotels Worldwide and the company will bank on their worldwide marketing network, management and technical operations. |
