Tata Sons revokes 4.1 mn pledged shares of Tata Motors

Tata Sons has revoked 4.1 million pledged shares from Tata Motors, said the company in a filing to National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Tata Sons had revoked the pledged shares on September 5, 2009.

Tata Sons holds about 130.1 million shares in the company, of which 44 million are still pledged.

The percentage of the shares pledged to the total number of outstanding shares of the company is 9.64 per cent.
