Whirlpool launches Onam sales campaign

| Addressing a press conference here today during the inauguration of Onam sales campaign, he said that the company had targeted a 26 per cent market share in the refrigerator segment, 10 per cent in the microwave oven segment and 16 per cent in the washing machine category on an all-India basis. |
| He added that Whirlpool aimed to achieve the first position in the sale of refrigerators and second spot in the sale of washing machines in Kerala by the end of current fiscal. |
| Anup Jain, general manager (brand marketing), said that Whirlpool would conduct 'Vajragosham', 'Onasadya' recipe contest and 'Kaikottikkali' dance contest during Onam as part of its new marketing initiative in the state. |
