Leading IT firm Zensar Technologies today said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 100 crore from one of the South Africa's insurance companies to provide services to its customers for five years.
The company has entered into a strategic partnership with one of South Africa's leading insurance organisations, and would provide services worth Rs 100 crore to the customers over a period of five year, Zensar said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Zensar, however, did not disclose the name of the firm.
The company, for the project, would recruit 300 IT professionals over the next three months from across India, the filing added.
Zensar's insurance sector customers include leading insurance service providers in US, UK and South Africa, it added.
Shares of Zensar Technologies today closed at Rs 321.90 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, up 0.83 per cent from the previous close.
