The United Airlines fracas — involving a passenger who was violently offloaded after a flight was overbooked — has generated a lot of jokes and memes on social media. RPG Group Chairman Harsh Goenka tweeted a hilarious take on how United Airlines was just the antithesis of Air India. “Our passengers are beating us,” Goenka tweeted referring to a recent incident when Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad beat up an airline staffer with his slippers “25 times”. United also got a new slogan: “If we can’t beat our competition, we beat our passengers.”
